The project
Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, this project transformed an existing coffee shop into a compact Alfred Coffee To-Go location designed for efficient customer pickup while maintaining the brand's distinctive identity. The project included exterior storefront improvements, a new service window, and interior modifications to optimize workflow within a small footprint.
As the Architect of Record, we prepared the architectural construction documents and managed the permitting process through the City of Beverly Hills while coordinating with engineering consultants to ensure full code compliance. The project maintained the existing coffee shop occupancy while modernizing the space to support Alfred's grab-and-go service model.
