Yes, by appointment. Most first meetings happen at the property or space itself, which tells us more than a meeting room does.
Yes. Projects run across Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, the Westside and the beach cities, as well as Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Agoura Hills and Thousand Oaks.
Nothing is required. If you have them, the lease or deed, any existing drawings or permits, photos of the space and a budget range all help.
